Brilliant business that is informed and can actually solve the problem. This was the 3rd pest control I contacted and Jack called me back within an 1-2hrs about these bird mites that were coming in my bedroom from a nest next door. He explained exactly what it was (the other two companies I contacted couldn’t even identify what they were) and how it would be treated and booked me in for 2 days later. Got the treatment done and it’s been nearly 2 months and have see nothing since. Highly recommend this business! I was suffering for a whole month with these pests and this pest control company / Jack had it was sorted in literally 3 days. Really grateful - and god forbid if something like this happens again- this will be the first place I call.

I've been getting Jack in to keep my business clean and tidy of pests for years now and he's a total star - lovely guy, never misses an appointment, always phones me to arrange the next visit in line with our contract, and offers a really professional service. He doesn't just deal with pest problems, but provides practical advice and physical fixes in stopping them occurring again in the future, and will get you to a stage where you're just monitoring and preventing pests, and no longer having to deal with any problems.

Great having Jack around for the past month or so. He has been chosen by our landlord and has thoroughly checked our areas within the house to make sure there were no more signs of rats. On the last visit we showed him a problem with ants, and he's immediately offered us a quick and simple solution! Also lovely chat every time he comes by.

I had mice, tried to deal with it myself but unsuccessfully (they are wise to traps it would seem) so called up, was given a quote and Dylan was at my flat inside 24 hours. He actually charged me less than was quoted as it is a small space. He laid poison in various spots to determine where they were coming in. I think I scared them away initially as he came back 3 weeks later and there was no sign of them. Over 3 months later I spotted one, he came round promptly and worked out they were coming through a hole behind my sink, likely from the house next door. He had me remove the back-board, buy some filler and actually came round and filled the holes himself. This thankfully seems to have worked and I am comfortable in my flat again. Dylan is very personable and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a pest problem.

Awesome service, sorted my rat issue.

He made us feel really comfortable and reassured in a stressful situation. Our issue with mice was solved really quickly and he gave us some good advice to help prevent the issue.

Andy was so helpful. I submitted a request for a quote, and instead of quoting me for work Andy gave me some advice about how I might be able to deal with the problem myself (relating to an issue with moths). Very refreshing for someone to be helpful and not just out to make money when someone could sort it out themselves. Thank you Andy!

Thought we had a nasty case of bedbugs! I spoke to someone on the phone and they told me to email them a picture, they very quickly reassured us that it wasn't bedbugs, identified the bug and gave us advise on how to get rid, all free of charge! Saved us loads of money buying expensive products to eradicate what we thought was a terrible problem!
